Sorry about that! Anyway, I have not tried other types of combinations yet. I didn't have any trouble with it sticking. Good luck! However, my youngest (also 7) hasn't always been that way. I think by nature she would be a "junk food junkie". But, like you, we didn't subscribe to the theory of let them eat what they want and continued to expose her to healthy foods. I think between the constant exposure (I even take veggie sides to Fast food restaurants that don't provide them as an option), the expectation that she has to eat them, and having a big sister who is a great influence and has always loved her veggies, my youngest has become a great veggie eater. I also think the more they eat them, the more that palette grows to like them. It sounds like you are doing all the right things -- keep it up! :)Carenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03542204599431194285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6298457455321012174.post-64946284734389203672013-02-15T06:04:03.201-08:002013-02-15T06:04:03.201-08:00My almost 7 year old son tries to be a "veggi...My almost 7 year old son tries to be a "veggie-phobe". I make him eat them, but it is like pulling teeth! (I dont exactly subscribe to the theory of let them eat what they want.) It has always been eat what is on the table for us. How did you inspire your kids to embrace veggies?Michele Bnoreply@blogger.com
