Zoo Camp!

Tomorrow is the first day of zoo camp for Avery. I foresee many animal themed lunches in our future this week!

We're starting off the week with elephants in tribute to Phoebe and her baby elephant Beco, who are always must sees when we visit the zoo. (Although Beco isn't so little anymore!)

  • Mama and Baby Elephant PB&J sandwiches on whole wheat.

  • Raspberries and blackberries with an elephant pick

  • Carrots with ranch (in an elephant cup)

  • Cheddar elephants

  • Iced animal cookies

Horse Camp - Day 3

  • Turkey and colby-jack on whole wheat sandwich

  • 2 cheddar horses with a fruit leather heart (I used some food safe markers to try to make them look a bit more like horses)

  • Steamed broccoli

  • Strawberry slices and blackberries

  • Goldfish/pretzel mix

QUESTION ANSWERED: I'm not sure why my blog is continuing to prevent me to add my own comments. But, since I can simply reply to the comment, I thought I'd add my answer here. The goldfish/pretzel mix is in the blue container from this set.

2nd Day of Horse Camp

  • Salami and veggie cream cheese on a whole wheat mini bagel. Words are made from colby jack cheese and fruit leather

  • Blackberries and raspberries

  • Carrots with ranch

  • Mini snickers

Horse Camp Time!

Tomorrow is Haley's first day of horse camp - the day she's been waiting for all summer. She's supposed to take a packed lunch, so I had to go horse-themed, of course!

  • 2 turkey and cheese horse-shaped sandwiches (stacked)

  • Ranch flavored mini rice cakes

  • Cucumber slices and ranch

  • Raspberries
